Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a highly prevalent genetic heart condition which has an autosomal dominant pattern of inheritance and affects between 1 in 200 and 1 in 500 individuals. In collaboration with Amsterdam UMC, CD3 is developing first-in-class small molecule inhibitors for the treatment of HCM.
